特點(diǎn)：本制劑主要由鎂、鈉、鉀、鈣等氯鹽和氟鹽組成，由于配方獨特，液態(tài)密度，黏度合適，具有極好的精練效果，兼有覆蓋保護作用。比重為1.8-2.0與合金液有較大的比重差，化學(xué)穩定性好，不與合金、爐襯和爐氣發(fā)生化學(xué)反應，不產(chǎn)生熔劑雜質(zhì)。有害氣體量少，符合工業(yè)衛生標準及廢氣排放要求。

用途：適用于鎂、鎂合金及鋁鎂合金。

　　使用方法：用量2-3％。當鎂合金采用電阻坩鍋爐熔煉升溫至740℃時(shí)，不斷撒入精煉劑于液面，同時(shí)用精煉勺上下攪動(dòng)，使鎂液循環(huán)流動(dòng)，以延長(cháng)熔劑液滴的流程，增加熔劑與氧化夾雜接觸吸附機會(huì )，通常保持10分鐘左右液面呈光亮鏡面為止
